Real life helper robots like Rosie from the Jetson's is one step closer as robots set a world record and beat humans in a half-marathon! The Chinese robot named "lightning" beat the current world record by 7 minutes! While humans will always be wary of AI and robots there is also the potential for good! Also remember that, statistically speaking, being polite to AI usually provides better results!

Gen Z gets a lot of guff for living out their life online instead of IRL. However that might be changing! It seems that "Zoomer" life may changing goals and there is one obvious winner. Malls! Gen Z has a growing need of real community and "real life" experiences. In fact last year 18-24 year olds bought 62% of their purchases at brick and mortar stores. Older people only did 52%! Like me, Zoomers must be sick of all the fake reviews, knockoffs and lack of real customer service! You go get em Gen Z!
